1. unzip debian…zip (then check sha256sum …iso) (PW: GSM-you-ice)
2. mount -o loop …iso /media/cdrom
3. apt update
4. apt list –upgradable
5. apt upgrade
6. supervisorctl status
7. umount /media/cdrom

if an error occurs when installing the tlab package, then apt -f install df-h (check :hdd-rest)
